2 opportunities to feel great on Monday, July 22

Yoga Bliss is a lifestyle ... incorporating simple Yoga moves into your everyday life to soothe your body and soul. Dawn Bennett of Bliss studio leads this gentle workshop on Monday, July 22 in Colfax repeating her one hour session at noon and 5:30. This class is free thanks to grant funding from the Institutue of Museums and Libraries.
