Colfax – Noon – Gentle Yoga with Suzy McNeilly – Pay by the month or by the class.

Friday, May 9

All Branches of Whitman County Library are closed for Staff Training Day.

Saturday, May 10

Baptist Church in Colfax – 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Bicycle Rodeo & Car Seat Safety Check – Obstacle course, bike safety and helmet fit inspection. Children needing a new or proper fitting helmet will receive a free helmet courtesy of the Colfax Thrifty Grandmothers. Car seat safety check provided by Whitman Hospital’s Child Passenger Safety Technicians.

Oakesdale – 11 a.m. – Cecil’s Magic – We are gearing up for Summer Reading by welcoming Cecil and his magic show. Everyone’s invited!

Monday, May 12

Garfield – 5:30 p.m. – Card Making Class with Darci Baggott – You’re invited to create an assortment of birthday cards. All supplies are provided. Ages 12 and up are invited. To pre-register by Wednesday, May 7, contact Sarah at (509) 635-1490.

Tuesday, May 13

LaCrosse – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for toddlers, preschoolers and parents every Tuesday.

Wednesday, May 14

Tekoa – Noon to 1 p.m. – Early Release DVD Day – Kids of all ages are invited to come and watch a movie and make a woven bookmark.
Endicott – 3:30 p.m. – After School Program – Kids grades K-5 are invited to a fun project with Judi Gray from Recycling & Waste Management.

Thursday, May 15

Colfax – 3:30 p.m. – Ruff Revue – Everyone’s invited to view a freestyle dog performance group promoting positive training methods and responsible animal ownership.
Colton & Farmington – 3^rd Thursday – Exciting after school program in two locations. Check the calendar for times and themes.
