Kim Weerts, president of the
Whitman County Cattleman’s Association recently presented Sarah McKnight of the
County Library District with 14 copies of The Real Wolf by Ted Lyon. The book
explores the science, politics and economics of co-existing with wolves in
modern times. Because wolf sightings and contacts are increasing, the Cattlemen
want this information to be easily accessible to members and the community.
