WCL Event Sampling Nov. 7-14


Thursday, November 7
Colton – 4 p.m. – Teen Craft – Kids in grades 6-12 are welcomed to create duct tape picture frames with Teen Librarian Nichole Kopp.

Friday, November 8
Rosalia – 1:30 p.m. – After School Fun with Art – Kids in grades 4 and up are invited.
Palouse – 4 to 6 p.m. – Individual Assistance with the Healthcare Exchange – Chelsea Fanara from Pullman Rural Resources will be available in helping you find your best option for health insurance.

Saturday, November 9
Albion – 2 p.m. – Storytime and Craft – Fun stories and craft projects every Saturday.

Sunday, Nov. 10 & Monday, Nov. 11
All branches closed for Veteran’s Day.

Tuesday, November 12
Endicott – 1 to 4p.m. – SHIBA Open House – Joyce Leonard will be available to answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid.
Endicott – 3:30 p.m. – Teen Craft – Create a picture frame using colorful patterned tape.

Wednesday, November 13
Colfax – Lunch & Gift – Repurpose a metal serving tray into a fun memo board. Participants may bring in a lunch. Registration is required.
Uniontown – 3:30 to 6 p.m. – SHIBA Open House – Joyce Leonard will be available to answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid.
Malden – 4 to 6 p.m. – Individual Assistance with the Healthcare Exchange – Chelsea Fanara from Pullman Rural Resources will be available in helping you find your best option for health insurance.
Colfax – 7 p.m. – Concrete River Festival Planning – Anyone interested in volunteering is invited to attend this meeting. For more information, contact Kimberly Marshall at (509) 397-0397.

Thursday, November 14
United Methodist Church in Colfax – Noon – Everybody Reads Tree Soldier – Learn about the Great Depression from expert and author J. L. Oakley. Lunches are available for $12 to those who pre-register by Nov 12.
