St. John (12 p.m.) & Tekoa (6 p.m.) – Privacy and Personality in the Digital Age – In the age of celebrity culture and the rapid growth of online communities, personal privacy is under threat.  This highly interactive presentation discusses coping with the digital environment.  Program funded a grant to WCL from the Washington State Library through funding provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Friday, February 20

Endicott, LaCrosse, St. John & Uniontown – Early learning Storytime with books, singing and crafts for ages six and younger.   Check the calendar for times.

Saturday, February 21

Colfax – 9 a.m. – Making Sensational Soups – This class will meet for 2-3 hours in the library. Then participants will be invited to tour Joseph's Grainery. Cost is $14 for one day workshop. For more information or to register visit http://www.sccel.spokane.edu/ACT-2.aspx or call (509) 279-6030.

Made possible by Technology Made Easy from the Washington State Library through funding provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Tuesday, February 24

Colton (1-3 p.m.) & Albion (4-6 p.m.) – Computer Basics – Help with basic computer skills including: Resume help, on-line searching and using digital library services.  Pre-registration encouraged, but not required.  This program is made possible through Technology Made Easy.

Endicott (3 p.m.), Farmington (4:30 p.m.), Lacrosse (5 p.m.) – Advance Care Planning in partnership with Honoring Choices Whitman County – Learn more about this important decision and resources provided by the library.  Part of Technology Made Easy from the Washington State Library through funding provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
