WCL Calendar Sampling Sept. 3-10

Thursday, September 3

Albion – 4 p.m. – Art Thursday, children are invited to make colorful Suncatchers.

Rosalia – 7 p.m. - Adult Summer Reading Wrap-up! Grand prize drawing and book discussion.

Colfax – 12 p.m. – Teen and Adult Summer Reading prize drawing.

 

Friday, September 4

Endicott, Malden & St. John – Preschool Storytime – Check the online calendar or call the branch for times and details about these fun educational programs for ages 0 to 6.

Malden – 6:30 p.m. - Teen Summer Reading Wrap-up! Grand prize drawing, book discussion and plan for future teen events.

 

Saturday, September 5 – Monday, September 7

All Branches will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday.  All online services and downloads remain available.

 

Tuesday, September 8

Colfax – 5:30 p.m. -Yin Yoga with Suzy McNeilly – Gentle movements, restorative poses and guided relaxation.

Farmington, Rosalia & Palouse – Preschool Storytime – Fun and reading readiness for children up to age six. Check WCL’s Events Calendar for dates, times and locations!

 

Wednesday, September 9

Oakesdale – 12:15 p.m. – Crafts and other fun activities for grades 1-5.

Colfax –10 a.m. – Fit & Fun Exercise - gentle activity for adults and seniors on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m. at the Center in Colfax. Enter through the library.

Albion & Garfield - Preschool Storytime – Stories and learning activities for age 0 to 6 and their caregivers.  Check the calendar for times.

 

Thursday, September 10

All Branches – While regularly scheduled programs continue, you can also visit the library at the Palouse Empire Fair with our popular spinning wheel of free prizes and Rural Heritage exhibit.
