WCL Calendar Sampling Oct. 22-29

Thursday, October 22
Palouse  – 3:30 p.m. – Crazy 8s – Kids grades K-2 get to build stuff, make music and make a mess. This club gets kids fired up about math!
Albion  – 4 p.m. – Art Thursday – School age children improve their artistic talents with a WSU student volunteer leading the fun.
Rosalia – 3 to 6 p.m. - Medicare Supplement Help – Drop in for impartial help from trained volunteers from the Washington Insurance Commissioner.
Friday, October 23
Colfax, Endicott, Malden, Palouse, St. John & Uniontown – Preschool Excitement – Fun and reading readiness for age 0 to 6 and their caregivers.  Check the calendar or call your library for times and program specifics.
Monday, October 26
Colfax – Fitness Programs –Yoga, Bootcamp, Fit and Fun programs for all abilities - Check the calendar or call the library for more information.
Tuesday, October 27
Colfax – 2 to 4 p.m. – Pie and bingo – Seniors are invited for Pie and Bingo on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. This event is free thanks to funding from Empire Health Foundation.
Tekoa – 4 to 6 p.m. – Tween Science- Kids in grades 4-8 are invited to join us for Makey Makey Circuit science. It's great STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading/Writing, Engineering, Art & Math) fun! Space is limited so please call 284-3121 to register.
Endicott – 6 p.m. - Author Event - Bruce Holbert, former St.John-Endicott high school teacher and award winning author will share "The Hour of Lead".  Books will be available for purchase.

Wednesday, October 28
Albion, Garfield & Oakesdale – Preschool Storytime – Fun learning and social activities for age 0 to 6 and their caregivers.  Check the calendar for times.
Thursday, October 29
Colfax  – 5:30 to 7 p.m. – Zombiefest – Grades 6- 8 come for Zombie crafts, walking- dead games, and Zombie-licious treats!  Come dressed in your Zombie best and win a prize!  Grades 6-8, join us if you dare!
