The Barns of Whitman County 2016 calendars are now on sale and feature historic black and white barn photos from Whitman County’s past. Calendars are available for $6 at any branch of Whitman County Library, Rosauers in Colfax, Pullman Chamber of Commerce, or by calling the library at 509-397-4366. Proceeds from calendar sales benefit Friends of the Library programs and projects in all 14 branches of Whitman County Library.
The calendars were designed and donated by Steve Van Vleet from WSU’s Whitman County Extension department with photos coming from Whitman County Library’s Rural Heritage Collection and WSU’s Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections.
