April 2017 Tech Tuesdays

Tech Tuesdays are technologically based programs available EVERY TUESDAY at the Library's NEW Tek Center. WCL Tech Tuesdays are accessible to all ages and skill levels. We have coding for kids, toddler tech time, adult Overdrive and computer help, and more!

April 11 - Toddler Tech Time Parents and caregivers, bring your little ones to the library from 10 - 10:30 a.m. to enjoy Overdrive Read-Along eBooks, with narration and songs and from 10:30 - 11 a.m. to explore STEAM stations with interactive play.

April 18 - Rural Heritage Overview of our Whitman County Rural Heritage program from 12 - 1 p.m. What did Whitman County look like 50 years ago? 100 years ago? Find photos and information on your family, farms, events, and more!  

April 25 - Drop-in Tech Help Learn basic computer skills, receive assistance with email, social media, Overdrive or Microsoft Imagine Academy. Bring your device and your questions!

TEK Center currently provides free WiFi, 8 laptops, projection capabilities, tables, chairs and access to a wide variety of library resources including experienced instructors, educational software, coding kits, Lego learning, online instructional programs and more.
