Everyone loves summertime on the Palouse. We all enjoy the small town lifestyle offered in Whitman County - and the arts especially! The Colfax Arts Council is offering a great opportunity for artists in the region to participate in the second annual Plein Air art exhibition titled Inspired Palouse.
