Farmington – 7 p.m. – Mom’s Night Out – Enjoy some down time with yummy treats and craft projects.

Register today!

Signups are now being accepted for spring classes at the Colfax Library. These non-credit community enrichment classes require no studying or tests and are provided at a very low cost. Sponsored by Community Colleges of Spokane, registration and a complete lineup of classes are available at the Colfax link at www.iel.spokane.edu/ACT2 or by calling 1-800-845-3324.

Classes start in April but early registration is encouraged. Classes this spring are quite varied, ranging from “Introduction to Digital Photography” and “What is Anthropology and Archaeology?” to “The Magic of Disney” and “American Red Cross First Aid.” Some classes consist of one-time instruction while others are scheduled as a series. Thanks to Representatives Susan Fagan and Joe Schmick along with Senator Mark Schoesler for meeting with WCL representatives for Library Legislative Day. We appreciate the time to explain how much our communities need and value their libraries!

Tax Form Resources

Federal tax forms and instructions can be downloaded directly from the IRS website (www.irs.gov).  Select the proper tab across the top of the page (individual, business, charities and non-profits, etc)  Then, on the left hand side under IRS Resources, select Forms and Publications. From here you can choose to download forms and publications, view online, or order the forms and publications.  Library computers and staff can assist you in printing these forms or the instructions you need for a copy fee of 10 cents per page.  The IRS also offers a toll free phone number for forms and publications at 800-829-3676.
State Tax Forms are available online via Federation of Tax Administrators.  Click on the map to go to the tax form site for your state.
