Science Program-Colfax Library

It’s “Extreme Science” with Radical Rick at the Colfax Library on Tuesday, July 15 at 4:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to this free, family program sponsored by the Friends of Whitman County Library.

This educational and interactive program demonstrates how much fun science really is. Extreme Science is owned and operated by Rick Turner, otherwise known as "Radical Rick" who has provided entertainment for children since 2001. Rick is often seen on local news programs showing the viewers at home how easy science can be with every day household products. By making science fun and explaining various principles in simple, easy to understand terms, youth begin to realize that they CAN do it. Kids begin to believe in themselves and begin to dream about what they will accomplish in their lives.
