5:15 Fitness Circuit training begins Sep 8th with Nancy Stanard, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15—6 pm

Boot Camp High intensity workouts with Carissa Little, Mondays from 6—8 pm

Flex and Flow Yoga Work your body and soothe your soul with Suzy McNeilly, Thursdays noon—1 pm

Gentle Fitness Stretching, limited movement and range of  motion. Ideal for seniors or injury recovery. Instructor Nancy Stanard. Mondays and Wednesdays at 10—11 am

Yoga Bliss Body alignment and relaxation with Dawn Bennett, Tuesdays from 5:30—6:30 pm begins October 7.

Sears Dance Academy A variety of classes for children ages 3 and older, Fridays from 3:30—6:45 pm
