Digital Age – Educator and Journalist, Alex Alben addresses concepts of
privacy, digital tracking and celebrity in the online age. This program is made possible by the
Technology Made Easy grant to WCL from the Washington State Library through
funding provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

p.m.) – Privacy
and Personality in the Digital Age – In
the age of celebrity culture and the rapid growth of online communities,
personal privacy is under threat. This
highly interactive presentation discusses coping with the digital environment. Program
funded by a grant to WCL
from the Washington State Library through funding provided by the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation.
Endicott – 7p.m. – Book Club – Join us for a discussion of Water for
Elephants. Copies of the book are available at the library.
