WCL Calendar Sampling April 16-23


 

Thursday, April 16

St. John (2 p.m.) & Tekoa (6 p.m.) – Technology Tips for Business - Marketing expert and SCORE volunteer Josh King leads a class designed to answer questions on subjects like computer and software purchasing, website creation and management, business email and using the cloud.

Colton, Colfax Palouse & Farmington - After school programs – Many branches hold special programs for elementary students.  Check the online calendar or Facebook pages for times.

Friday, April 17

Colfax, Endicott, St. John & Uniontown – Pre-School Programs – Social time for kids and parents with play, singing, crafts and storytelling for ages 6 and younger. Visit the online calendar for times.

All Locations – Penny Drive - Time to support youth programs throughout the library system. The drive runs from April 13-30. The money collected stays at each branch location.

Saturday, April 18

Albion (12 p.m.) & Rosalia (3 p.m.) – Technology Tips for Business - Marketing expert and SCORE volunteer Josh King leads a class designed to answer questions on subjects like computer and software purchasing, website creation and management, business email and using the cloud.

Monday, April 20

Colfax – 4 p.m. – Library Board Meeting – Monthly meetings are open to the public.

Palouse – 4 p.m. – Domino Chain Reaction – Students in grade 6 and up are invited to create a chain reaction around the library.

Tuesday, April 21

Colfax Best Western (1 p.m.) & Palouse (6 p.m.) – Building an Outside the Box Business - Dynamic trainer, Josh Wade’s goal is helping others build their outside the box business through social media and relationship marketing. St. John (12 p.m.) & Rosalia (3 p.m.) – Introduction to Social Media – Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter are designed to make social connections with people all over the world.  Librarian Giovanna helps you explore your options to make online friends without giving up all your privacy.

Wednesday, April 22

Uniontown (1 p.m.) & Palouse (4 p.m.) – Introduction to Social Media - Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter are designed to make social connections with people all over the world.  Explore your options to stay connected without giving up all your privacy.

Thursday, April 23
