The Rural Alliance High School Art Show
returns to the Colfax Library, January 7-13, during open hours. This
exhibit showcases paintings, drawings, pottery, collage, and sculpture created
by talented local high school students. Students participating in the
show represent schools in Tekoa, Rosalia, Garfield/Palouse, Oakesdale, and
St. John/Endicott.
The community is invited to a catered Art
Reception Monday, January 9, 5-6 p.m. to help celebrate the teens and their
accomplishments. Come browse this marvelous exhibit and visit with artists
while enjoying refreshments and music.
The exhibit and reception are free to the
public and take place in The Center at the Colfax Library. Exhibit open during
regular library hours which are Mondays-Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursdays
and Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 1-5 p.m. For more
