Inspired Palouse

Colfax Arts Council announces Inspired Palouse, a contest, exhibit, art sale and a community reception celebrating our scenic Palouse.

Artists from our region can win up to $700 in juried prizes in this Plein Air inspired competition. All art media are eligible for submission with a deadline of July 24, 2017. Entries can be painting, fabric art, sculpture, photography or other mediums. The exhibit is set for August 18 - 26 in The Center at Colfax Library with a Reception Celebration on Saturday, August 26th beginning at 5:30 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public with punch, coffee and refreshments served along with a no-host beer and wine bar. Award winners will be announced at 7 p.m.
