Zumba Thursday, February 8, 6-7 PM
Join certified Zumba instructor, Jenna Miller, for a cardio workout similar to dance aerobics but without the complicated step routines! Zumba is a Latin inspired workout that combines simple to follow movements with Latin rhythms and offers an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body energizing fun.
