You may go directly to the IRS website at www.irs.gov to research, download and print forms and publications. The production of some 2012 tax products, including the Form 1040 and the Instructions for Form 1040, has been affected by the recent passage of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012. The Internal Revenue Service does not know when these products will become available to Whitman County Library or from the IRS website at http://www.irs.gov.
