Colfax – Final session of Storytime. Check the calendar for times.
Whitman County residents of all ages are encouraged to participate in our Summer Reading program. Summer Reading signup for youths or completion forms for teens and adults can be accessed from the library’s website or by stopping in at any branch of WCL.
Friday, June 7
Colfax – 9 to 4 p.m. – Painterly Painting in Watercolor, sign up online prior to the class.
Colfax & Tekoa – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for preschoolers and parents every Friday.
Saturday, June 8
Albion – 2 p.m. – Just Dig It – Children are invited to kickoff this year’s first Summer Reading program.
Sunday, June 9
Colfax – 3 to 5 p.m. – Low Maintenance Landscaping with Donna Hansen – Reduce your work and still have a beautiful yard.
Monday, June 10
Colton – 10:30 a.m. – Dig Into Reading – Kids of all ages are invited to jump start this year’s first Summer Reading program.
Tuesday, June 11
Endicott & Palouse – Dig Into Reading – Summer Reading fun kick starts in two locations. Check the calendar for times and themes.
Wednesday, June 12
Colfax – Noon – It’s a Wrap Cooking Class – Chef Carrie Johnson demonstrates easy wrap appetizers to serve at home or take to gatherings – with samples to taste!
Garfield, Lamont & St. John – Summer Reading fun kicks starts in three locations with Gardening, a Pyramid Party and Digging for Treasure. Check the calendar for times.
