Using local wheat ...
Steve Fulton of Unifine Flour comes to the Colfax Library on Tuesday, April 15 at noon and again at 7 p.m. to discuss his flour milling process and desire for a local mill. The noon presentation is part of the Chamber of Commerce Luncheon so call 397-3712 to reserve a lunch. The 7 pm program will be expanded to one hour for more in depth discussion.
