Thursday, March 3

Colfax, LaCrosse, Malden & Tekoa – Preschool classes teach valuable socialization and reading skills for age 0-6 and the parents or caregivers. Visit the online calendar for times and program specifics.

Friday, March 4

Saturday, March 3

Colfax – Henry Stinson Art Exhibit – A collection of oil paintings captures Stinson’s unique view of the world. On display from March 3 through April 30 during regular open hours. For more information about Henry Stinson visit www.henrystinson.com or find him on Facebook.

Sunday, March 6

Uniontown – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Annual Sausage Feed – Visit the newly renovated library and checkout a few selections before or after the Sausage Feed.

Monday, March 7

LaCrosse – 10:30 a.m. to Noon – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for toddler, preschoolers and parents every Monday.

Colfax – 12 to 3 p.m. – Essentials of Advance Care Planning – Pre-registration is required. Visit www.sccel.spokane.edu/ACT2 or by phone at (509) 279-6030. Cost for one day session is $10.

Colfax - 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Caregiver Coffee Support Group – All caregivers are welcome to attend.

Tuesday, March 8

Rosalia – 10:30 a.m. – Storytime – Learn and explore through letters, numbers, books and crafts.

Endicott – 11:30 a.m. – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for toddlers, preschoolers and parents.

Colfax – 2 p.m. – Bingo & Pie – Seniors are invited to play Bingo and enjoy socialization with friends.

Wednesday, March 9

St. John – 12:20 p.m. – Early Release Wednesday – Afterschool fun with crafts and activities for grades 1-5.

Garfield – 1 p.m. – EggBot Computer Designs – Use the EggBot, an introduction to computer numerical control (CNC), to decorate spherical shapes. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tekoa – 3 to 5 p.m. – Rural Heritage Display – Visit the library’s display of historical photos of Whitman County.

Uniontown – 5 p.m. – Adult Craft Night – Create a mason jar nightlight craft. Children are welcome to participate.

Thursday, March 10

Colton – 6 p.m. – Colton/Uniontown Book Club is reading “Closer to the Ground,” by Dylan Tomine. Everyone is welcome to attend.
