Rosalia –
10:15 – noon – Play and learn - Center-based
free play time at the library geared toward children under 6-years-old (but
everyone is welcome.) It is also a great opportunity for parents and other
caregivers to visit and support each other. The fun and engaging learning
centers are STEAM based and designed to foster creativity, team-work,
exploration and curiosity.

3:30 p.m. – 3rd Thursday: After-School Program – Kids is grades 1-4
- Come to the Colfax Library for an afterschool STEM program. Free Fun with Friends! JES students may ride
bus 8 from the school to the library with a parental note. Snacks
included!
Palouse – 3:30 p.m. – Crazy 8’s Math Club – Kids, Grades 2 to 4th Grade. This 8 week
program has been a lot of fun and we are continuing with the new school
year. Sign up now!! The Palouse school bus will bring you down, if your
parents give permission.
Tekoa – 4:00 p.m. – Women’s Social Hour – Come join in at
the library and bring a project
(knitting, crafting, or just come to visit!
Friday, September 16
Colfax – 10 – 11:30 a.m. – Play and Learn – Play and Learn
is a fun, intentional play time for young children, giving them a variety of
opportunities to explore and grow while interacting with their peers. This time
is also for parents and other caregivers to visit and share ideas about
nurturing the growing minds in their care.
Endicott, Malden, Palouse, St. John,
& Uniontown – Storytime – Join us

Colfax – 3:30 p.m. – Caregiver Coffee Group – All paid and
unpaid caregivers are welcome to attend the event is free.
St John – 3:30 p.m. – Crazy
8’s Math Club – Kids, Grades 2 to 4th Grade. This 8 week
program has been a lot of fun and we are continuing with the new school year.

Parenting Workshop – This evidence based class
by trained presenters is offered free of charge to all parents. Each parent
earns a $20 gift certificate after completing the six-week course. Babysitting and a snack are provided, for
