In this class you will experience gentle movements, aromatherapy, restoritive poses, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. No previous yoga experience required. Perfect for those wanting to obtain the health benefits of yoga at a personally appropriate level. Suzy will modify the class to fit the needs of: injuries, health conditions, and/or mobility issues. Call Sara G. @509-397-4366 for questions. No registration required. Pay as you go or punch cards available.
