Thursday, June 25

St. John – 2 p.m. – Superhero America with T. Andrew Wahl – Explore how historical events and shifting social mores can be seen in the evolution of characters from Wonder Woman to Spider-Man. Sponsored by Humanities Washington and Friends of WCL.

Farmington & Rosalia – Every Hero Has a Story – Kids of all ages are invited to our summer reading programs. Check the calendar for times.

Friday, June 26

Tekoa & Oakesdale – Superhero America with T. Andrew Wahl – All ages will explore how historical events and shifting social mores can be seen in the evolution of characters from Wonder Woman to Spider-Man. Saturday, June 27

Albion – 12 p.m. – Learn about Historic Heroes – Make your own monument out of clay to a hero you would like to celebrate.

Palouse – 2 p.m. – Superhero America with T. Andrew Wahl – Sponsored by Humanities Washington and Friends of WCL

Monday, June 29

St. John – 10 a.m. – Junior Summer Reading for younger children with activities and crafts.

Colton & LaCrosse – Every Hero Has a Story – Kids of all ages are invited to our summer reading programs. Check the calendar for times.

Colfax – 4 p.m. – Clown Around Family Program – Charles The Clown is a master children's entertainer.  His expert blend of stories, poems and jokes offers kids a feast of language play as well as creative problem solving.

Tuesday, June 30

Palouse – 9:30 a.m. – Every Hero Has a Story – Kids of all ages are invited to our summer reading programs.

Endicott – 11 a.m. – Our favorite teachers share their journey to becoming a teacher.

Wednesday, July 1

Oakesdale – 12:30 p.m. –West Valley Outdoor Learning Center leads this program in the park about wildlife preservation. 

Garfield, Malden, St. John & Uniontown – Every Hero Has a Story – Kids of all ages are invited to our summer reading programs. Check the calendar for times.

Thursday, July 2

Farmington, Rosalia & Tekoa – Superheroes and Sidekicks – Kids of all ages are invited to our summer reading programs. Check the calendar for times.
