Colfax – 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. – Hatha Yoga – Suzy McNeilly invites everyone to try their first class for free.  All levels are welcome.

Monday, July 27

Center in Colfax – 8:30 a.m. –Nurture Zen Yoga with Suzy McNeilly – Gentle movements, aromatherapy, restorative poses and guided relaxation. Free for ages 65 and older. $5 for ages 64 and younger
