Thursday, July 9

Rosalia – 10:15 a.m. – Historical Heroes and Tall Tales

Tekoa – 12 p.m. – Community Superheroes - Visit with Fireman and Ambulance heroes, then check out their emergency vehicles.

Farmington – 3:30 p.m. – Super Heroes to the Rescue

Friday, July 10

Colfax – Concrete River Festival – Events include a 5K run through the river channel, a cruise night, car show, craft fair, kid's carnival, music, food, beer garden and more.

Colfax – 5 to 6:45 p.m. – Rising Stars Dance Classes with Keri Oldroyd. Call Keri at (509) 432-6961 for more information.

Saturday, July 11

Colfax – 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. – Hatha Yoga – Suzy McNeilly invites everyone to try their first class for free.  Oakesdale – 9 a.m. – Old Mill Day’s Celebration – Visit our Rural Heritage, pick a book at our book sale and spin the wheel for a prize!

Albion – 12 p.m. – Hometown Heroes – Meet local firemen and learn about their job.

Sunday, July 12

St. John – 10 a.m.to 1 p.m. & 2 to 5 p.m. – Cool Creations - What can be done with 32 Legos and lots of imagination? Materials for this program are provided by the Washington State Library to help us encourage STEM learning this summer in a fun way.

LaCrosse – 11 a.m. – Cecil the Magician is coming to the final summer reading program.  All ages are welcome to join us in the park.

Albion – 7 p.m. – Book Club – Join us for a discussion of “Stone Mattress” by Margaret Atwood

Tuesday, July 14

Palouse – 9:30 a.m. – Summer Reading fun for all ages.

Endicott – 11 a.m. – Comic Strip Workshop with Teagan Langston

Colfax – 4 p.m. – Medieval Heroes - The Realms of Avalon from Moscow share their Medieval History suitable for the entire family. 

Lacrosse – 6:30 p.m. – Book Club – Join us for a discussion of “Hearts of Horses” by Molly Gloss

Wednesday, July 15

Oakesdale – 12:30 p.m. –Summer Science – Radical Rick is coming with science experiments. Join us at the Fire Station for loud noises and bright flashes.

Endicott – 7 p.m. – Book Club – Join us for a discussion of “The Sky Fisherman” by Craig Lesley

Tekoa – 12 p.m. – Animal Heroes – Create animal masks and art.
